摘要
中国提出"一带一路"倡议后,在印度国内引发巨大反响。由于印度未成功加入核供应国集团、未参加北京"一带一路"峰会以及中印洞朗对峙等因素的影响,中印关系由热转冷,印度国内对待"一带一路"倡议出现一片怀疑、反对、敌视的声音。鉴于中印关系的特殊性和复杂性,未来必须调整"一带一路"在南亚地区的推进措施,冷静处理好中印间的敏感性问题,统筹处理好"一带一路"倡议与印度多个重大战略的对接,争取在"一带一路"倡议框架下实现中印关系的峰回路转。
Belt&Road Initiative has great effect in India.China-India relationship suffered a setback,mainly because India failed to join in the NSG,refused to attend the Belt&Road Summit and two contries confronted the Doklam stand-off and so on.Suspicions,oppositions and hostilities to Belt&Road from India side have increased.In view of the particularity and complexity of China-India relationship,we should adjust our strategies towards South Asia,calmly handle the sensitive problems between China and India,link the strategies of both countries,and work together to improve the bilateral relationship.
