摘要
近年来,随着积极心理学的发展,且基于心理弹性能使人在处于逆境后良好适应的这一特点,使心理弹性逐渐成为应用心理学领域的研究热点.本文详细地介绍了心理弹性的界定和前沿研究现状,并通过结合中职生这一特殊群体,较全面综合地分析了心理弹性对中职生心理健康状况的影响,以求为未来职业院校提升学生心理健康提供新方向.
In recent years,with the development of positive psychology,and based on the resilience can make people adapt to this characteristic in an adversity,so that the resilience has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of applied psychology.In this paper,we introduced in detail the definition of the psychological elasticity and the status quo of the frontier research,and through a combination of special groups of vocational school students,comprehensively analyzed the impact of resilience on the mental health status of vocational school students,in order to seek for the future vocational colleges,improve students'mental health and provide new directions.
