教学共赢方法探秘:善待问者

摘要 大学教育,严师为难,"严师"不仅只是严格要求,更重要的是有好的教育教学方法.在土木工程专业基础课程结构设计原理教学中,研究改进教学方法的同时,探讨教学双赢之举.通过师生的交流沟通,特别是通过善待问者,激励学子在教师的启发引导下积极学习,激发教师对教学的研究,共同感受教育的魅力.本文从"善问"和"待问"的角度出发,探讨了师生之间相互交流、提高学习效果的方法. To be a strict teacher is very difficult for university education.A strict teacher is not only required by exact demands,but also is required by a good teaching way.In the teaching of a professional basic course entitled principle of structural design,the advanced teaching approaches were investigated,and the double-wine of teaching and learning was also discussed.Based on the communication of teachers and students,especially for being kind to questioners,the research on teaching skills can be aroused.On the same time,the active learning of studies can also be enlightened by the guidance of teachers.The charm of education can be experienced both by the teachers and students.In this paper,from the angle view of stlike to ask questions5*and t6be kind to questioners5',the communication between teachers and students,and the way of improving learning effect were discussed.
