CFB炉内脱硫系统改造及自动优化控制

摘要 某厂循环流化床锅炉采用炉内喷钙干法脱硫的方式,脱硫原理是将炉内的CaCO_4分解煅烧成CaO与烟气中的SO_2发生反应生成CaSO_4随炉渣排出从而达到脱硫目的。有效地进行脱硫系统改造以及实现自动方式控制使流化床锅炉可以实现安全运行,获得良好的经济及环保效益。 The circulating fluidized bed boiler in our factory adopts the method of dry desulphurization with calcium injection in furnace.According to the principle,CaCO 4 is first decomposed into CaO;then it reacts with SO 2 in the flue gas and produces CaSO 4,which can be discharged with slag and thus the purpose of desulfurization is achieved.Effective reform and realization of automatic control of the desulfurization system can ensure the safe operation of the fluidized bed boiler as well as economic and environmental benefits.
