The rapid development of the Internet has changed the way people live.The video works,music works and literary works that people could enjoy offline before can all be spread on the Internet now.However,a great deal of copyright disputes have taken place in this process.Online copyright disputes are more complicated than the traditional ones.Because the law often lags,it is very difficult for the parties to safeguard their rights.Consequently,infringers have become popular.There is an efficient and convenient solution for the domain name disputes,which has great reference to online copyright disputes.It is theoretically and practically possible to solve online copyright disputes with ODR mode.One type of cases accepted by China's first"online court"is the online copyright dispute.The ODR which may be served as a drainage mechanism for copyright disputes can form a diversified resolution mechanism for network copyright disputes.
