广州市高职院校女生创业能力分析

Analysis on Girl Students' Creative Ability of Guangzhou Higher Vocational Schools

女子高等教育发展对社会经济、文化、乃至政治体制都有着深刻的影响。高职教育的创新创业教育正如火如荼地发展。随着女生就读率不断走高,就业签约率不断走低,高职教育发展中的女生创新创业教育日显重要却又最现实的部分。本文以广州高职院校女生创业情况为基础,提出高职院校女生创业能力不以知识为基础,而以培育创业态度和创业精神为根本,创业教育着重于坚韧、耐挫、谦逊、好学等良好创业态度和精神面对人生。

Development of girls’higher education has deep influence in social economic,cultural and political system.The creativity and innovation education in higher vocational schools is growing vigorously.As girls’attendance rate to higher vocational schools increases year by year,yet their employment rate goes lower and lower contrastively,the education on girls’creative ability in higher vocational schools is becoming more and more important and needs to face the fact.This article points out that,instead of emphasizing knowledge,our education should focus on the training of their creative attitude and spirit,which are tenacity,patience,modesty and a willing heart to learn,etc.
