摘要
实验室建设和管理是高职院校教学管理中的重要环节,对实验室建设和管理工作的"绩"与"效"进行科学定性的客观评价极为重要。绩效评价是根据评价指标体系采集量化而成的评价指标数据,客观地对实验室建设和实验室使用过程中的"绩"与"效",进行了解、分析和反馈,是对实验室建设和管理情况进行量化分析的过程。其对于促进高职院校实验室的建设和管理规范,对于提高实验课程教学质量,培养创新实用型人才,都具有极为重要的作用。
A scientific and objective evaluation of the achievements and effectiveness of laboratory establishment and administration is extremely essential given its importance in college educational administration system.Laboratory Performance Evaluation is the quantitative assessment of the achievements and effectiveness of laboratory establishment and administration on the basis of data collected through an evaluation index system designed for the objective survey,analysis and feedback throughout the process of laboratory establishment and operation.Such performance evaluations will hold great significance for standardizing laboratory establishment and administration,improving the quality of experimental courses and cultivating talents with innovative thinking and practical skills.
