摘要
随着出国留学人数的井喷式发展及海归人数的不断攀升,留学已从"黄金时代"步入了"青铜时代"。留学青年面临着学习就业的双重困境:在海外学校,他们学业压力较大,"斯坦福鸭子"是他们生动的写照;在职场,面对着国内高校毕业生的竞争,"小海归"亦不再像过去那样抢手。从布尔迪厄"场域-习性-资本"理论的视角来看,在异质性的文化场域中难以成功地重塑"习性"是造成青年学生留学困境的重要原因。因而,避免从众心态、更有效地获取文化资本以及回归教育的本质是重要的应对之策。
As the number of overseas students and returnee is growing up,the time of studying abroad has changed from the Golden Age to the Bronze Age.Overseas young students are faced with great pressure in both study field and job field.They are always described as Stanford Ducks and are no longer raging at the market.From the perspective of the theory of“Field-habit-capital”,the difficulty to rebuild the habit in the new abroad field is the main cause of the dilemma.For overseas young students,avoiding conformity,getting the cultural capital more effectively and returning to the nature of education are key strategies.
