Engineering Risk and Disposal Method in Earth and Stone Floodwall Operation

防洪堤安全运行是关系社会民生的大事,本文针对土石防洪堤在运行中可能出现的防洪堤软基问题、岸坡坍塌、岸坡侵蚀、基底冲刷、管涌与流土等安全问题进行讨论,分析了这些问题产生的原因,结合近年来国内一些防洪堤问题治理措施案例,讨论了避免出现安全问题的一些对策,可为类似工程提供参考。

Safe operation of floodwall is critical for society and people’s livelihood.In the paper,possible safety problems of earth and stone floodwall in operation are discussed,such as floodwall sofe foundation,bank slope collapse,bank slope erosion,basement scour,piping,soil flow,etc.,causes of the problems are analyzed,some domestic floodwall problem control measure cases in recent years are combined to discuss some countermeasures to avoid the safety problems,thereby providing reference for similar projects.
