目前我国社会教育发展的主要问题与对策

The Major Issues and Strategies of the Current Social Education Development in China

目前我国社会教育存在的主要问题有:全社会关心社会教育不够,社会教育缺乏专业指导,对社会教育的管理政出多门,社会教育资源难以整合,各级各类学校实践育人薄弱。解决这些问题的对策主要有:促进社会教育立法,加强社会教育事业统一协调行政管理,推动社会教育进行专业建设与学科建设,制订社会教育设施分类指导建设方案,制订发展社会教育的评价与激励政策,推动创新青少年社会教育文化空间。

At present,there are many problems in social education in China.They include the lack of enough care about social education from the whole society;the lack of professional guidance to social education;too many administrations of social education;the failure in the integration of social education resources and the weakness in social practice education in schools.The countermeasures are as follows:promoting social education legislation;reinforcing social education by coordinating social education and administrative management;promoting social education by carrying out professional construction and discipline construction;establishing the classification of social education facilities for guiding the construction scheme;formulating evaluating and incentive policies and promoting the innovation of the cultural space for young people in social education.
