1例高病毒载量新型布尼亚病毒感染致发热伴血小板减少综合征患者治疗效果探析

1 case of fever complicating thrombocytopenia syndrome caused by high viral load of new type of bunyavirus infection

新型布尼亚病毒感染是我国近几年新发的一种传染病，是患者感染了一种新发现新型布尼亚病毒所引起的以发热伴血小板减少为主要症状的病毒性传染疾病。临床确诊主要依靠实验室布尼亚病毒核酸检测结果，我们还通过临床病例观察病毒载量的高低直接与患者的病情及愈后密切相关，本次主要探析1例高病毒载量新型布尼亚病毒感染致发热伴血小板减少综合征患者治疗效果，以便为临床上治疗提供有价值的参考。

Infection by a new type of bunyavirus is a new infectious disease in China in recent years and is shown as severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome.The clinical diagnosis of this disease mainly depends on the results of laboratory bunyavirus nucleic acid test.We also observed that viral load directly related to the patients'conditions and the prognosis.This paper mainly analyzes the therapeutic effect of 1 case caused by high viral load of a new type bunyavirus.It is hoped that this case can provide some valuable references for clinical treatment.
