普外科术后规范化疼痛护理临床效果分析

目的 探讨规范化疼痛护理对普外科术后患者的临床影响。方法 选择普外科92例择期手术患者，按住院号奇偶分为对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组实施常规围术期护理；观察组在此基础上，加行规范化疼痛护理。对比两组术后疼痛程度及生活质量。结果 观察组术后24 h一般及最强疼痛水平分别为（4.1±1.7）和（6.5±2.2），明显低于对照组的（5.2±1.8）和（7.8±2.5）（均P＜0.01）。观察组术后情绪、改变体位、咳嗽、深呼吸及睡眠等日常生活活动受影响程度亦显著低于对照组（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）。结论 规范化疼痛护理对有效缓解疼痛、提高患者生活质量具有重要意义，值得在临床推广实施。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized pain nursing care on patients after surgery at department of general surgery.Methods 92 patients undergoing selective operation at the department of general surgery at our hospital were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the hospitalization number's even or odd,46 cases for each group.The control group received routine peri-operative care;in addition,the observation group were given standardized pain nursing care.The postoperative pain and quality of life were compared between these two groups.Results The general and strongest pain levels 24 h after operation were(4.1±1.7)and(6.5±2.2)in the observation group and were(5.2±1.8)and(7.8±2.5)in the control group(P<0.01).The emotion,a change of position,cough/deep breathing,sleep etc.were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized pain nursing care can effectively alleviate the patients'pain and improve their quality of life and is of great significance,so it it worth being clinically generalized.
