人文关怀在护理老年多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者中的应用

Application of humanistic care in the nursing for elderly patients with multiple myeloma undergoing chemotherapy

目的 探索老年多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者中应用人文关怀护理模式的护理效果，分析其临床应用价值。方法 选取本院血液科2016 年2 月至2016 年5 月收治的多发性骨髓瘤患者60 例，随机分为对照组（n ＝ 30）和研究组（n ＝ 30）两组；对照组行常规护理模式，研究组行人文关怀护理模式；对两组患者护理后满意度和疼痛自评分数进行比较。结果 对照组患者经常规护理后总满意率为51.01%，低于研究组经人文关怀护理后的总满意率96.32%，组间差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.01）。化疗3 个疗程后，对照组疼痛评分为（6.69±1.22），明显高于研究组的（5.01±0.24），组间差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论 对于老年多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者给予人文关怀护理，能够有效地减少患者术后疼痛并提高患者满意度，具有临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the nursing application effect of humanistic nursing care in elderly patients with multiple myeloma undergoing chemotherapy,to analyze its clinical value.Methods 60 patients with multiple myeloma treated in department of hematology of our hospital from February 2016 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).The control group received routine nursing mode,while the study group received humanistic nursing mode.Compared the nursing satisfaction and pain self rating score of the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of the control group after routine nursing was 51.01%,lower than 96.32%of the study group after humanistic nursing,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After 3 cycles of chemotherapy,the pain score of the control group was(6.69±1.22),significantly higher than(5.01±0.24)of the study group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care can effectively reduce postoperative pain and improve patient satisfaction in elderly patients with multiple myeloma undergoing chemotherapy,with clinical significance.
