氩氦刀联合放射性125I粒子治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of argon-helium knife combined with radioactive 125I particles in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

研究氩氦刀联合放射性125I粒子治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）疗效。方法 选取2013年12月至2017年8月本院中晚期NSCLC患者60例，依照治疗方案不同分组，每组30例。对照组采用氩氦刀治疗，观察组采用氩氦刀联合放射性125I粒子治疗。比较两组疗效、并发症发生率、治疗前后生存质量（KPS评分）及体质量指数（BMI）。结果 观察组治疗总有效率53.33%（16/30）较对照组26.67%（8/30）高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组BMI、KPS评分较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率16.67%（5/30）与对照组20.00%（6/30）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 氩氦刀联合放射性125I粒子治疗中晚期NSCLC疗效显著，且能在不增加并发症的同时有效改善患者体质量，提高生存质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of argon-helium knife combined with radioactive 125I particles in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced NSCLC in our hospital from December 2013 to August 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment protocols,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with argon-helium knife,and the observation group was treated with argon-helium knife combined with radioactive 125I particles.The curative effect,complication rate,quality of life(KPS)score,and body mass index(BMI)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 53.33%(16/30),higher than that of the control group[26.67%(8/30)](P<0.05).After treatment,BMI and the score of KPS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate between the observation group[16.67%(5/30)]and the control group[20.00%(6/30)](P>0.05).Conclusion Argon-helium knife combined with radioactive 125I particles has significant effect in the treatment of advanced NSCLC,and it can effectively improve the body quality without increasing the complications,and it can improve the quality of life.
