传统平衡训练结合表面肌电系统对脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响

Effect of traditional balance training combined with surface myoelectric system on balance function of stroke patients

分析传统徒手平衡训练和表面肌电系统联合应用对脑卒中患者平衡功能康复的疗效。方法 把2015年1月至2016年12月期间来本院就诊的50例脑卒中患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，对照组采取单纯徒手平衡功能训练，治疗组在此基础上联合表面肌电系统训练，两组治疗时间30 min/次，每日1次，疗程为21 d。结果 21 d治疗后治疗组Berg评分、FIM评分较对照组显著提高[(42.25±6.82)比(31.36±7.23)，(98.56±9.77)比(66.57±9.43)](P＜0.05)。结论 传统平衡训练结合表面肌电系统，方法简便易行，效果显著，值得临床推广。

To analyze the effect of traditional bare-handed balance training and surface myoelectric system on balance functional rehabilitation in patients with stroke.Methods 50 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given simple bare-handed balance function training;on the basis,the treatment group was trained with surface myoelectric system.The treatment time was 30 min/times,once daily,the course of treatment was 21 days.Result After 21 days of treatment,Berg score and FIM score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(42.25±6.82)vs.(31.36±7.23),(98.56±9.77)vs.(66.57±9.43)](P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional balance training combined with surface myoelectrical system,the method is simple and easy,with significant effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
