民办高校辅导员激励机制研究——以江西南昌为例 被引量:4

摘要 立足南昌民办高校,通过问卷访谈的形式,调查获取相关数据并从中提炼总结出影响民办高校辅导员队伍发展的影响因素,根据辅导员实际情况采用SEM模型理论作出分析研判。最后,依据SEM模型的评估结果并联系高校实际情况,对相关性较高的薪资构成、职业发展、制度建设和情感激励等影响因素进行重构探索。 By obtaining relevant data through questionnaire,interview and investigation on the private colleges in Nanchang,the influence factors and incentive factors on the development of private college counselors are summarized.According to the actual situation of counselors,the SEM model theory analysis is applied.Finally,according to the evaluation results of the SEM model and the actual situation of colleges and universities,the influence factors including salary structure,career development,system construction and emotional incentive are reconstructed.
