摘要
"乌台诗案"发生之前,北宋文豪苏轼对物质生活之要求并不讲究与强烈,然自宋神宗元丰三年遭贬黄州后,苏轼却一反常态,在饮食上突然变得"饕餮"起来,甚至不辞躬身庖厨讲究起各种食物烹饪来。其后,苏轼接连遭贬惠州和儋州,他此种"美食情结"亦与日俱增,最终使苏轼成为我国古代一位有影响"美食家"。苏轼内心之"美食情结"有其特定内涵,形成苏轼内心"美食情结"亦有其特定思想因素。与此同时,苏轼以饮食为题材之文学作品亦有其独到艺术审美特色。
Before the“Wutai Poem Case”,the writer Su Shi doesn’t pay much attention to the re-quirements of the material life in Northern Song Dynasty.However,since he has been banished to Huangzhou in the 30th year of Emperor Shenzong of Song Dynasty,Su Shi uncharacteristically becomes“gluttonous”in his diet,and cooks different kinds of food by himself.Later,Su Shi is continuously ban-ished to Huizhou and Danzhou and his“cooky complex”is growing day by day in which it makes Su Shi an influential“gourmet”in ancient China.Meanwhile,Su Shi’s inner“cooky complex”has its specific connotation,and the formation of“cooky complex”in his mind also contains its specific and ideological factors.Meanwhile,Su Shi’s literary works on the subject of diet also contain his unique artistic and aesthetic characteristics.
