On Xi Jinping's Thought of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in a New Era

党的十八大以来,习近平继承和发展了马克思主义反贫困理论,并创新性地提出了"精准扶贫"思想。"精准扶贫"思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,科学把握习近平精准扶贫思想的主要内容、全面认识习近平精准扶贫思想的重要地位、提高学习习近平精准扶贫思想的主动自觉,是在新时代中国特色社会主义实践中贯彻落实习近平精准扶贫思想的前提和要求,并且对于破解"深度贫困"问题、打赢脱贫攻坚战、决胜全面建成小康社会具有重要的实践意义。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has inherited and developed the theory of anti-poverty in Marxism,and creatively puts forward the“targeted poverty alleviation”thoughts.The idea of“targeted poverty alleviation”is an important part of Xi Jinping's ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Besides,to understand the main content of Xi Jinping’s thoughts of targeted poverty alleviation,to learn about this thoughts and to improve the learning initiative are premise and requirement of learning Xi’s thoughts in the practice of socialist China in the new era.Moreover,it is of great practical significance to solve the problem of“deep poverty”,to win the fight against poverty,and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.
