The Changes and Characteristics of the Dispatched Institutions of the CPC Central Committee at the Great Rear Area in the War of Resistance from the Organizational Perspective

组织发展是战时中共发展的重要表征,也是中共开展各项工作的依托。以重庆为核心的抗战大后方是战时中共仅次于抗日根据地的最重要的区域,中共中央先后设立了长江局、南方局、西北工作委员会和西北局等中央派出组织机构开展工作,其中南方局是中共大后方工作最主要的组织领导机构。中共大后方组织机构的设置呈现出前后相继、南北并存、以南为主的特点,为中共大后方工作的有序开展提供了强有力的组织保障。

Organizational development is an important symbol of the development of CPC during the war,and it is also the basis of all the work carried out by CPC.As the core of the Great Rear Area of the War of Resistance,Chongqing is the second most important base area during the Anti-Japanese War,and the CPC Central Committee has set up a bureau of the Yangtze River,the South Bureau,Northwest Working Committee and Northwest Bureau to carry out the work.Meanwhile,the South Bureau is the most important organization in the Great Rear Area.These organizations present the characteristics of successive,north-south coexistence with south-oriented,which provide a strong organizational guarantee to orderly develop the CPC’s work in the Great Rear Area.
