丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿加曲班治疗脑梗死临床研究

Clinical research of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with argatroban in treating cerebral infarction

[目的]探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿加曲班治疗脑梗死的安全性及有效性。[方法]将210例确诊为脑梗死的患者,随机分为对照组1、对照组2和治疗组。其中对照组1共68例,在常规治疗的基础上给予阿加曲班;对照组2共70例,在常规治疗的基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊;治疗组共计72例,在常规治疗的基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊和阿加曲班。[结果]治疗组的总有效率为88.75%,对照组1的总有效率为64.47%,对照组2的总有效率为70.00%。治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义;治疗组的不良反应未明显增加。[结论]丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿加曲班治疗脑梗死可以有效提高临床疗效,且安全性高。

〔Objective〕To observe the safety and effectiveness of butylphthalide combined with argatroban in treating cerebral infarction.〔Methods〕210 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly devided into the control group 1(68 cases)、the control group 2(70 cases)、and the treatment group(72 cases).The control group 1 has been treated by argatroban on the basis of conventional treatment.The control group 2 has been treated by buthlphthalide soft capsule on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment group has been treated by argatroban and buthlphthalide soft capsule on the basis of conventional treatment.〔Results〕The total effective rate was 88.75%in the treatment group,64.47%in the the control group 1 and 70.00%in the the control group 2 respectively,which were obviously higher than that in the control group showing statistical significance,at the same time without obvious increase of adverse reactions.〔Conclusion〕Butylphthalide soft capsule combined with argatroban in treating cerebral infarction can effectively improve the clinical curative effect,and high safety.
