卤米松乳膏联合超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗神经性皮炎

Clinical Effect of Ultrapulsed Fractional CO_2 Laser Combined with Halometasone Cream in treatment on Neurodermatitis a clinical study

[目的]分析卤米松乳膏联合超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗神经性皮炎的疗效。[方法]回顾分析我科门诊2014年3月至2016年6月治疗的100例神经性皮炎患者,实验组用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合卤米松乳膏治疗,对照组仅外用卤米松乳膏治疗。比较两组治疗1、2、3周后的临床疗效。[结果]实验组治疗1、2、3周时的有效率分别为70%、88%、98%,对照组分别为30%、40%、90%,观察3个时间,段实验组疗效均明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]卤米松乳膏联合超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗神经性皮炎操作方便、药物吸收好,可缩短治疗疗程,宜临床推广应用。

〔Objective〕To determine the efficacy of ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Halometasone Cream in treatment on Neurodermatitis.〔Methods〕A total of 100 patients with Neurodermatitis were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.Treatment with ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Halometasone Cream(treatment group,n=50)and drug only(control group,n=50);and assessing the efficacy and adverse reactions after 1、2、3 weeks.〔Results〕clinical symptom were improved for the treatment group,both groups have significantly difference(P<0.05).〔Conclusion〕ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Halometasone Cream in treatment on Chronic eczema is a safe、effective and less adverse reastions.
