文化管理视阈下高职院校网络文化建设与管理探析

以文化管理学视阈探究高职院校网络文化建设与管理,是一个全新的角度。基于文化管理"人性假设"理论,分析并厘清当前高职院校"网络人"的网络行为品质和高职院校网络文化特征,加强校园网络文化建设与管理,是一个十分迫切的课题。加强高职院校网络文化建设与管理,必须围绕"网络人"展开,把塑造"自尊、自强、自律"的"网络人"作为基础任务和出发点,重点培育"诚信、包容、和谐"校园网络精神,将网络和谐作为网络文化建设与管理所追求的最高和最终目标。同时要建立健全相关管理制度,促进校园网络的安全、文明及和谐。

It is a brand-new aspect to discuss the construction and administration of network culture from the view of culture management.This paper proposed the concept of networkers based on the theory of humanity hypothesis of culture management,and clarified the nature of network activity of networkers and the characteristics of network culture in higher vocational colleges.The construction and administration of network culture must be carried out around the networkers,associated with the conditions of higher vocational colleges.Taking the cultivation of the networkers with the quality of selfesteem,self-improvement,self-discipline as the basic assignment and the starting point,the emphasis are laid on the cultivation of the campus network spirit of integrity,forgiveness,harmony,and taking the network harmony as the supreme and ultimate goal of construction and administration of network culture.Meanwhile,relative principles must be established and perfected to improve the safety,civilization and harmony of campus network.
