高职院校班主任工作的困境与对策 被引量:9

摘要 由于高职学生生源质量良莠不齐、个性差异较大,加大了班主任工作的难度;由于高职班主任工作繁琐且责任大、高职院校对教师评价欠科学及班主任存在较大的心理压力,高职教师不愿承担班主任工作。相对于本科院校班主任和中学阶段班主任,高职院校的班主任在专业化、职业化、专家化建设上相对比较滞后。因此,高职院校应高度重视和科学评价班主任工作,提高班主任政治、经济与精神待遇,加强班主任责任教育和爱心教育,为班主任队伍创建培训学习平台,提高班主任工作积极性、自信心和工作能力,为高职院校发展做贡献。 Due to the mixed quality and distinct personality of students in higher vocational students,there is an increasing the difficulty in the work of class teachers.Because of the cumbersome and responsible work,the unscientific teaching evaluation and the heavy pressures of their children’s education,teachers in higher vocational colleges are unwilling to undertake the work of head teachers.Compared to the construction of undergraduate class teachers and middle school class teachers,that of vocational college teachers is relatively lagging behind in terms of the professionalism,specialization and expertization.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to scientific evaluation of class teachers,to improving class teacher’s political,economic and spiritual treatments,to strengthening class teacher’s responsibility education and love education,to creating a platform of training and learning for the class teacher team,to promoting class teachers’work enthusiasm,selfconfidence and ability and to make contribution to the development of higher vocational colleges.
