高校数字图书馆人文环境的构建及实践

To Construct the Humanistic Environment in the Digital Library of Colleges and Universities

随着我国经济的快速增长与对教育资源的大量投入,目前全国高校数字图书馆硬件设施得到极大的改善,但是高校图书馆的人文环境建设存在许多缺陷,故而提升与改善高校图书馆的人文环境意义重大。本文首先概述了人文环境与图书馆的关系,探讨了高校数字图书馆人文环境的构建措施:凸显人文关怀、营造优雅环境、强化育人功能、推进人力资源建设、建构特色馆藏,最后提出了高校数字图书馆人文环境的相关措施。

With the rapid growth of China's economy and the great investment in educational resources,the hardware facilities of the digital library in colleges and universities have been greatly improved.However,it is still necessary to promote and improve the humanistic environment of the university library.This paper outlines the relationship between the environment and the library,and puts forward the measures for building the humanistic environment of digital library in colleges and universities.
