摘要
微博是机构组织与公众在网络互动中进行信息交流的良好媒介。本研究对以"微公益"为账号的公益微博平台,在2014年2月至2015年2月一年间发布的微博中抽取219条文本作为研究对象,考察该公益微博与公众的对话现状。研究发现,定位为微博求助与救助交流互动平台的"微公益",为成功实现公益微博话语导向功能,话语情感表达强烈,采用草根化叙事风格报道公益信息,而理性评价淡化;会话中受众对公益组织的回复即毗邻结构较多,但公益组织对公众评论中的提问和关注缺乏回应话轮。在此基础上提出改进公益微博话语结构,促进公益理念传播的对策,为公益微博平台的话语建设发展提供参考。
Micro-blog is a good medium for the exchange of information between institutional organizations and the public in the network interaction.This research tries to probe into 219 texts chosen from the micro blog named with Micro Public Interest on the Xinlang platform from February 2014 to February 2015,and it also investigates the conversation situation between the public and the micro blog of the public interest.The research finds that this micro blog aims at providing the platform for the people seeking help and rescue.In order to convey the information successfully this micro blog tries to use the language with the style of strong emotion and the narration with the style of grass roots,while the blog tries to weaken the reasonable comments.The conversation has more adjacency pair from the public while it lacks the response from the micro blog itself.Based on these,the research also puts forward the strategy to improve the conversation and promote the notion of public interest dissemination so as to help the discourse development of the public interest.
