河南省财政支出结构对经济增长的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Fiscal Expenditure Structure on Economic Growth in Henan Province

以河南省2005—2014年的相关数据作为样本,对其10年间的经济增长、财政的支出结构进行系统分析,并通过Eviews软件对河南省的财政支出结构对经济增长的影响进行实证分析,结果显示:河南省财政在对其本省的宏观调控中存在"越位"以及"缺位"并存的情况;在其财政支出的结构中,农林水支出和科学支出投入不足。优化河南省的财政支出结构应科学合理地界定财政支出规模及范围,调整和优化财政支出结构,控制行政管理费用支出规模。

Based on the data of Henan province from 2005 to 2014,the article analyzes the economic growth and fiscal expenditure structure systematically,and analyzes the influence on Henan's economic growth of fiscal expenditure structure by the Eviews.It shows that there are"offside"and"absence"in the macro-control of Henan government.It also shows that the investment on agricultural,forestry and water is insufficient.To optimize Henan's structure of financial expenditure,the government should adjust the structure of fiscal expenditure according to defining scale and scope of fiscal expenditure scientifically,and control the scale of administrative costs.
