摘要
随着首都水务事业的大发展,水务行业事业单位人事干部面临的新情况、新要求和新问题越来越多,其中许多问题与人事干部培训工作不到位密切相关。目前,北京水务行业事业单位人事干部培训方面存在的主要问题有:培训理念较为滞后,培训文化缺失,制度保障不足,培训师资缺乏吸引力,培训效果难以评估,培训激励机制缺失。对此,基于需求层次理论的五个层级,应从技术成果应用、加大非正式培训力度、团队协作发展、成为新型专家、发挥极致潜能等方面来进一步做好水务行业人事干部培训工作。
With the great development of the capital water service,the personnel cadres in Beijing water industry institutions are facing more and more new situations,requirements and problems,which is closely related to the training of personnel cadres.The main problems industry institutions personnel cadres include relatively lag of the training concept,lack of training culture,inadequate protection of the system,lack of attractiveness of training the teachers,difficult to assess effect of training,lack of training incentive mechanism.Based on the five levels of hierarchy of needs,we should apply the new technology,strengthen informal training,team development,become the new expert and exert maximum potential to do a better job of Beijing water sector personnel cadres training work.
