摘要
随着全球老龄化速度的加快和生育率的持续下降以及劳动力短缺等问题,对于老年员工的知识管理,不仅只是对某一类员工的人员管理问题,应该成为企业战略发展的一个重要组成部分。老年员工的管理既包括退休员工,也包括在职员工,还要兼顾跨代际员工关系的处理。老年员工知识的有效管理受制于个人、组织、社会等多个方面的交叉影响。
With greater speed of global aging,continuous decrease of birth rate and shortage of labor,knowledge management of aging workers is not only concerned with that of a certain type of employees,but also should become an important component of development strategy in a company.Management of aging workers includes that of retired ones,employed ones as well as relationship between different generations.The effective knowledge management of aging workers is influenced by individuals,organizations and society together.
