摘要
现如今我国企业随着经济的不断发展,数量也在逐渐增多,不管企业规模大还是小,对行政管理人员绩效的管理是必不可少的。论文结合企业行政管理人员工作的特点,及企业行政管理人员绩效考核工作存在的普遍问题,对企业行政管理人员绩效管理进行了阐述。
Nowadays,with the continuous development of the economy,the number of enterprises in China is increasing.No matter the size of the enterprise is large or small,the performance management for the administrative staff is essential.Combined with the work characteristics of the enterprise administrators,and the general problems in the performance appraisal of enterprise administrators,this paper expounds the performance management of enterprise administrators.
