近年来,在经济快速发展的新时代下,不少企事业单位在其发展中均开始重视档案管理工作。从某种角度而言,档案管理科学化水平的提升,对于档案管理部门的发展以及企业事业单位的可持续发展,均具有重要的影响。受诸多因素影响,现阶段仍有部分企事业单位缺乏对档案管理重要性的认识。为此,论文在研究中首先对提升档案管理科学化的重要性加以分析,同时重点研究了提升档案管理科学化的具体措施。

In recent years,in the new era of rapid economic development,many enterprises and institutions have begun to attach importance to the work of archives management in their development.From a certain perspective,the improvement of scientific level of archives management has an important influence on the development of archives management departments and the sustainable development of enterprises and institutions.Influenced by many factors,some enterprises and institutions still lack the understanding of the importance of archives management at this stage.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzes the importance of improving the scientific management of archives management,and mainly researches the specific measures of improving the scientific management of archives management.
