The cost management of construction project is the most critical link in the construction management of the construction project,which directly affects the economic benefit of the construction enterprise itself.The scientific,professional and comprehensive of construction cost management is the fundamental guarantee of construction quality,schedule and cost.In this paper,the current situation of dynamic management and control of construction project cost is analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are discussed,to provide reference for related workers.
