城乡居民基本养老保险与解决城乡养老二元化——基于南京农村地区的调查

Basic Endowment Insurance of Urban and Rural Residents and the Settlement of the Dualization of Urban and Rural Endowment——Based on the Investigation in Rural Areas of Nanjing

城乡居民养老保险的统一为我国社会保障制度的完善和发展做出了重要的贡献,但其仍然存在较多不足,一定程度上仍然不能满足农村居民对养老保险的需求。基于此,本项目通过实地调查研究等方法考察我国农村居民养老保险实施以来所存在的问题,并根据调研结果,提出进一步完善城乡居民养老保险制度的政策建议。

The unity of the urban and rural residents endowment insurance makes an important contribution to the development and perfection of the social security system in China.But it still exists more insufficient,to some extent,it still can not meet the needs of endowment insurance of rural residents.Based on this,this project analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of rural endowment insurance in China through field survey and other research methods,and according to the survey results,puts forward policy suggestions on further perfecting the system of urban and rural residents endowment insurance.
