随着人民生活水平的逐年改善,对居住的生态生活环境质量要求日益提高,由于受环保强制执行权限制、环保违法案件强制执行周期长、各相关管理部门协调配合不畅、城市建设规划不合理等各方面的原因,导致环境污染纠纷案件逐年增多。为切实解决突出的环境问题,构建和谐美好宜居城市,论文提出必须全面树立社会主义生态文明观,全社会各界人士共同参与和密切配合,只有这样,才能推进绿色发展,还自然以宁静、和谐、美丽。

As people's living standard improved year by year,it puts higher requirements on the ecological living environment quality requirements of living,the number of environmental pollution disputes has increased year by year,as the following reasons,restricted by compulsory enforcement of environmental protection,the enforcement period of environmental protection law enforcement is long,coordination and cooperation between the relevant management departments is not smooth,urban construction planning is not reasonable and so on.In order to solve the outstanding environmental problems and build a harmonious and beautiful livable city,the author puts forward that the socialist ecological civilization concept must be fully set up,and everyone should participate in it.Only in this way can the green development be promoted,and the nature is peaceful,harmonious and beautiful.
