我国在近些年的社会经济正在飞速发展,人民群众的生活水平也在不断提高,人们对于各种要求也越来越多。目前我国的劳动关系矛盾非常明显,作为职工代言人的工会组织,该怎么样去做好工会的本职工作,已经成为了当前急需解决的一个问题。因此,论文从新时期工会的现状开始分析,对今后将如何做好工会工作进行探讨。

In recent years,China's social economy is developing rapidly,and the living standard of the people is constantly improving,and the demanding of people is more and more.At present,the contradiction of labor relations in our country is very obvious.As the spokesperson for the staffs,how do labor unions do their job well is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper analyzes the status quo of the labor union in the new era and discuss how to do it well in the future.
