摘要
论文通过理论方法,采用朗道规范,推导出了单层二硫化钼在外加垂直磁场后的哈密顿量,将哈密顿量代入薛定谔方程就可以计算出基态函数和导带价带的能量,对研究单层二硫化钼的物理特性有重要的意义。
In this paper,the Hamiltonian of single-layer molybdenum disulfide with vertical magnetic field is derived by means of the theory and the Landau specification.Then,by substituting the Hamiltonian into the Schrodinger equation,the energy of the ground state function and the conductive band valence band can be calculated,which is of great significance for studying the physical properties of the single layer molybdenum disulfide.
