The Influence of Foundation Pit Excavation in Silt Stratum on Settlement Damage of Surrounding Rural Housing

随着东南沿海地区经济的飞速发展,农村城镇化的速度也逐渐加快。论文在概述淤泥地层基坑开挖对周边农村房屋沉降损伤影响研究必要性的基础上,以镇江扬中某工程为例,分析了周边农村房屋沉降损伤的特征和原因,并提出了相应的改善建议,希望进一步减少淤泥地层基坑开挖对周边农村房屋沉降损伤的影响,进而增强周边农村房屋的防灾能力和安全性。

With the rapid development of economic in the southeast coastal areas,the speed of rural urbanization is also accelerating.In this paper,the necessity of research on the impact of foundation pit excavation on the settlement damage of the surrounding rural houses is summarized.Taking a project in Yangzhong County of Zhenjiang as an example,the paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of settlement damage in the surrounding rural houses,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.It is hoped that we can further reduce the influence of foundation pit excavation on the settlement damage of surrounding rural houses,and further enhance the disaster prevention ability and safety of surrounding rural houses.
