多支点吸能锚杆力学性能影响因素的研究

摘要 在锚杆体设置多个旋转膨胀结构,转动锚杆体使旋转膨胀结构膨胀与锚孔壁相互挤压形成支点,配合高压注浆构成稳固的锚固段。锚固段承担荷载,而其间的自由段杆体则受拉变形,实现锚杆的多点即时支护。采用适当温度正火以及退火处理,杆体热轧成型后,整体屈服强度和断后伸长率分别提高到700MPa和20%以上,最终获得多支点高强度的柔性支护能力。 A number of rotating expansion mechanisms are arranged in the anchor body,and rotating anchor body causes the expansion of the rotating expansion structure and the wall of the anchor hole to form a fulcrum,and in conjunction with high pressure grouting,forms a stable anchoring section,and the anchoring section bears the load.Meanwhile,the free section of the bar is subjected to tensile deformation,and the multi-point immediate support of the bolt is realized.With proper temperature normalizing and annealing treatment,the whole yield strength and the elongation after breaking are increased to more than 700MPa and 20%respectively after hot rolling of the rod body.Finally,the flexible support ability with multiple fulcrum and high strength is obtained.
