摘要
目的探讨FOXM1在人类结肠癌中的表达及意义。方法运用GEPIA(http://gepia.cancer-pku.cn)以及c Bio Portal(http://www.cbioportal.orghttp://www.cbioportal.org/)等生物信息学网站以及免疫印迹法(western blotting)对FOXM1的表达进行全面的分析,观察人类结肠癌中FOXM1在m RNA及蛋白水平的表达情况。结果绝大多数人类肿瘤中FOXM1的m RNA表达量都有不同程度的增加,FOXM1在结直肠癌中的存在高频率的DNA突变或扩增现象,western blotting法验证结肠癌组织中FOXM1的表达比邻近非癌组织中的表达水平更高。结论 FOXM1可能与多种肿瘤的发生有关,其在人类结肠癌中的表达量有所增加,并可能成为结肠癌患者的新型治疗靶点及预后因子。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of FOXM1 in human colon cancer.Methods The bioinformatics websites such as GEPIA(http://gepia.cancer-pku.cn)and cBioPortal(http://www.cbioportal.org)and western blotting were used to analyze FOXM1 expression,Observe the expression of FOXM1 in human colon cancer at transcription and protein levels.Results The FOXM1 mRNA expression levels in most tumors increased to some extent.There is high frequency DNA mutation or amplification of FOXM1 in colorectal cancer.Western blotting confirmed that FOXM1 expression in colon cancer tissues were higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues.Conclusion FOXM1 may be involved in the development of many kinds of tumors.The expression of FOXM1 in human colon cancer may be increased and may be a new prognostic factor in patients with colon cancer.
