h-指数研究现状及发展动态的考察

The Current Situation and Development of h-Index Research

[目的/意义]全面梳理h-指数研究已经取得的研究成果,把握研究现状及发展动态,发现今后需要关注的主要问题及其亟待解决的具体问题,深化相关研究。[方法/过程]通过文献分析研究从h-指数的改进和扩展;h-指数与类h-指数的实证与应用;h-指数的数学解读与建模;h-指数与信息计量学分布规律的关系等几方面,考察h-指数研究现状及发展动态。[结果/结论]关于h-指数的研究在上述四个方面取得了丰富的成果,呈现着相互关联,逐步推进的发展动态,但也存在不足和需要深入研究的问题。主要问题是:还局限于单一IPP的h-指数与类h-指数的具体算法与实证,而对同类IPP中h-指数分布规律的存在性及机理分析与实证研究相对薄弱。这可以分解出两个亟待解决的具体问题:(1)h-指数分布规律的存在性问题;(2)h-指数分布规律的机理分析与实证研究问题。

[Purpose/Significance]The research aims to review the h-index research results,grasp the research status and development trends,find out the main problems requiring more attention and the specific problems to be solved,so as to deepen the relevant research.[Method/Process]Based on literature analysis and research,the improvement and expansion of h-index research status and development trends are studied from the following four aspects:the h-index improvement and extension,the empirical study and application of h-index and h-type index,the mathematical interpretation and modeling of h-index,and the relationship between h-index and informetrics distribution.[Result/Conclusion]It is concluded that the research on h-index has rich results in those four aspects,presenting the state of development of interrelated and progressive.But there are also shortcomings and problems that need further study.The main problem is:it is limited to the specific algorithm and empirical study of h-index and h-type index of the single IPP.The existence,mechanism analysis and empirical research of the distribution law of h-index in similar IPPs are relatively weak.This can be decomposed into two specific problems to be solved:①the existence of h-index distribution;②the mechanism analysis and empirical research of h-index distribution.
