我国政务微信研究的知识图谱与核心主题

Knowledge Landscape and Core Themes of Chinese Government Wechat Studies:a Research Based on CNKI Database

[目的/意义]系统勾勒政务微信研究的总体态势与未来图景。[方法/过程]综合运用NoteExpress和CiteSpace5.0软件系统分析通过知网检索到的259篇政务微信期刊论文。[结果 /结论]国内政务微信研究已经初步形成若干核心作者和机构群,不过跨学科和跨机构合作尚未形成;新闻传播类期刊是主要发表阵地,研究成果质量有待提高;在学科方面,行政学及国家行政管理和新闻与传媒占据主导性地位;《电子政务》期刊发表的论文已经成为政务微信研究重要的知识基础,被引前十论文50%来自该刊;"电子政务"、"政务微博"、"政务信息"、"政务微信"、"公共服务"、"政民互动"、"传播力"等是核心关键词;核心主题涉及政务微信的扩散与使用研究、服务质量研究、传播力和影响力研究、建设与运营研究、以及"双微联动"研究等。未来研究应该重点关注政务微信的政治影响及其发生机制和政务微信治理的制度化及其影响因素等。

[Purpose/Significance]The aim of this research is to paint the picture of the current research status and future directions of Chinese government Wechat studies.[Method/Process]259 academic papers on government Wechat from the CNKI database are identified and analyzed via NoteExpress and CiteSpace5.0.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that:influential research teams of the government Wechat are still forming;the major contributing journals are from Journalism,and the interdisciplinary nature of the study is salient dominated by Management and Journalism;the papers from the E-government Journal form a solid knowledge foundation for government Wechat,and half of the top 10 highly-cited papers are from this journal;the key words include e-government,government micro-blog,government information,government Wechat,public service,government-citizen interaction,and the communicative power;and the core research themes are the diffusion and use of government Wechat,service quality,communicative power and influence of government Wechat,the operation of government Wechat,and the interaction between government micro-blog and government Wechat.For the future study,we need to focus on the policy diffusion and the political influence of government Wechat.
