摘要 三大风机设备的变频器改造,因其节能效果明显而得到迅速推广和应用,但变频器需要检修或者故障时,必须切回工频运行。对三大单侧风机变频切工频的逻辑进行优化,完善了风机切换的快速性,解决了风机变频运行时出现的故障情况,保障了风机运行稳定性。 Because of the inverter transformation of three major fan equipment energy?saving effect,it get rapid promotion and appli cation.However,when the inverter is in need of maintenance or inverter failure,it must be switched back to power frequency opera tion.This article optimizes the logic of frequency operation.Switching to power frequency operation of three unilateral fans,it im proves the rapidity of switching.At the same time it solves the fan frequency operation failure occurs which ensures the stability of fan operation.
