摘要
为了实现对变电站变压器故障的精确诊断,采用红外热像仪测试并提取变压器工作工程中的红外热图像信息,采用图像分割与特征提取方法建立变压器温度场的温度-频率分布曲线,分析变压器正常工况及故障工况时的红外热像特征及温度场特征。结果表明:变压器在正常运行时,各接线夹温度相对接近,最大温差为4.4℃;而接触不良时,接线夹温度显著升高,与其它正常工况温差达到57.5℃。因此采用红外热像分析方法可有效实现变电站变压器故障的精确诊断。
In order to realize the accurate diagnosis of transformer fault for substation,testing and extracting the infrared image information of transformer in the process of working by using infrared thermography.The temperature frequency distribution curves of the transformer temperature field is established by image segmentation and feature extraction method.The characteristics of the infrared thermal image,the temperature field of the transformer under normal working condition and fault condition are analyzed.The results show that,during the transformer normal operation the temperature of each clamp is relatively close and the maximum temperature difference is 4.4℃.On the contrary,when the contact is bad,the temperature of the clamp is significantly increased and the temperature difference with other normal operating conditions reaches 57.5℃.Therefore,the infrared thermal image analysis method can effectively realize the transformer fault diagnosis.
