不同鼻腔冲洗方法对鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜术后疗效的影响和应用价值

To explore the effect and application value of different nasal irrigation methods on endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with sinusitis

目的分析鼻内镜手术后鼻窦炎患者不同鼻腔冲洗方法对其疗效的影响。方法选择本院2014年1月~2017年2月期间收治的86例鼻窦炎患者为例,所有患者均接受鼻内镜手术,术后随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组患者给予洗鼻剂冲洗治疗,对照组患者给予生理盐水冲洗治疗。观察两组患者术后疗效,随访半年,评价两组患者术后8周、6个月鼻部改善情况,采用视觉疼痛模拟评分法(VAS)评价患者术后疼痛改善情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访半年,两组患者VAS评分均有显著改善,且观察组术后6个月VAS评分(1.82±1.04)显著优于对照组(2.56±1.29),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后8周,观察组鼻黏膜病变率低于对照组;且在术后8周、6个月其鼻黏膜纤毛输送速率也显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后行鼻腔冲洗后续治疗可显著改善患者术后主观症状,洗鼻剂的效果显著优于生理盐水,可帮助提高术后患者鼻功能,有助于预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of different nasal cavity flushing methods on the curative effect of sinusitis patients after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with sinusitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2017 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were given rinse treatment and the control group was treated with saline.The curative effect of the two groups was observed and the patients were followed up for six months.The improvement of the nasal cavity was evaluated at 8 and 6 months after operation.The improvement of postoperative pain was evaluated by visual acuity simulation(VAS).Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved in the two groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of nasal mucosa was significantly higher than that of the control group at 8 weeks and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The rate of nasal mucosal delivery was significantly higher than that of the control group at 8 weeks after operation.Conclusion The follow-up treatment of nasal cavity after operation can significantly improve the symptoms of patients after operation,nasopharyngeal effect is significantly better than raw saline,can help improve postoperative patients with nasal function,contribute to prognosis.
