中西医结合治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎近期疗效分析

Short-term effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on traumatic knee synovitis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎近期应用效果。方法选取2015年2月~2017年3月本院收治的患有创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的患者76例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组38例。实验组患者实施中药联合西药治疗,对照组患者实施常规治疗模式,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组,关节积液评分和日常活动评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤性膝关节滑膜炎采取中西医结合治疗的效果显著,其相关症状得到显著好转,使患者预后得到保障,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of traumatic knee synovitis.Methods A total of 76 patients with traumatic knee synovitis in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,38 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,patients in the control group received conventional treatment,compared the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the joint was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of traumatic knee synovitis with Chinese and Western medicine treatment is significant,the relevant symptoms have been significantly improved,so that patients with good prognosis,with clinical value.
