玻璃酸钠与曲安奈德腔内注射对骨性关节炎患者功能康复的影响

Effect of intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide on functional recovery in patients with osteoarthritis

目的分析玻璃酸钠与曲安奈德腔内注射对骨性关节炎患者功能康复的影响。方法选取2015年8月~2016年7月本院收治的70例骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数表法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用曲安奈德腔内注射治疗,观察组采用玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后关节功能恢复情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后JOA评分为(87.68±4.47)分,明显高于对照组的(64.32±6.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的71.43%,并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的25.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与曲安奈德腔内注射相比,玻璃酸钠腔内注射可更好的恢复骨性关节炎患者关节功能,且具有较好的临床疗效,安全性高,在临床应用中具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide on functional recovery in patients with osteoarthritis.Methods 70 patients with osteoarthritis from August 2015 to July 2016 were divided into two groups by random number table,35 cases in each group.Control group was given intracavitary injection of striamcinolone acetonide,while observation group was treated with intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate.The recovery of joint function,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the JOA score of observation group was(87.68±4.47)points,which was higher than(64.32±6.25)points of control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the effective rate of observation group(97.14%)was higher than control group(71.43%),and the incidence of complications of observation group(5.71%)was lower than control group(25.71%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with intracavitary injection of striamcinolone acetonide,intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate can better recover joint function,have better clinical efficacy and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
