亚砷酸与沙利度胺联合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Arsenious Acid and Thalidomide in the Treatment of Myelodysplastic Syndrome

目的分析亚砷酸与沙利度胺联合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的疗效及安全性。方法将2016年6月~2017年5月本院治疗的86例MDS患者作为研究对象,将其依照随机数表法分为两组,各43例。对照组采取沙利度胺治疗,观察组则加以亚砷酸治疗。观察两组临床疗效、不良反应与治疗前后血象指标变化情况。结果两组治疗总有效率相比,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义;治疗前两组血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)对比,差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组Hb、Plt高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚砷酸与沙利度胺联合治疗MDS疗效确切且安全性较高,利于促进患者血象的恢复,提升MDS治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of combination of arsenious acid and thalidomide in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).Methods Totally 86 MDS patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in each.The control group was treated with thalidomide,the observation group was treated with arsenic trioxide.The clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and changes of blood biochemical indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of two groups compared to the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference between the two groups;treatment of the first two groups of hemoglobin(Hb),Platelet count(PLT),the difference was not statistically significant;after treatment,Hb,Plt in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of arsenious acid and thalidomide in the treatment of MDS is effective and safe,which is beneficial to promote the recovery of blood and improve the therapeutic effect of MDS.
