人工气道中两种口腔护理的临床研究

Clinical study of two kinds of oral care in artificial airway

目的人工气道患者采用电动牙刷组合法及传统的口腔护理法,对其临床效果进行探讨分析。方法选取2016年1月~2017年9月期间本院收治的120例ICU人工气道患者,经随机分配两组,分别为试验组和对照组,各组60例,对照组患者用传统的口腔护理法,试验组患者采用电动牙刷组合法,比较分析不同护理方法的有效率和并发症的发生情况进行调查。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者有效率明显增加,患者并发症明显降低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统口腔护理比较,电动牙刷组合法具有明显效果,有效提升患者舒适度、降低患者并发症,在临床中具有广泛的应用价值,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial airway patients using electric toothbrush group and traditional oral care method.Methods 120 cases of ICU patients with artificial airway from January 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected,by randomly assigned to two groups,experimental group and the control group,respectively,each group of 60 cases,control group patients with the traditional method of oral care,experimental group were treated by electric toothbrush group legal,comparative analysis of different nursing method is efficient and complications situation investigation.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the patients was significantly increased,the complications of the patients were significantly reduced,and the group was statistically significant,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional oral care,electric toothbrush group legal has obvious effect,effectively improve patient comfort,to reduce the complications of patients,has extensive application value in the clinical,worthy of further promotion.
