摘要
目的分析无缝隙护理管理模式在急诊护理中的应用效果。方法将本院急诊收治的140例患者根据护理措施分为两组,对照组70例行常规护理,观察组70例行无缝隙护理管理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者急诊时间、急诊接诊后到病房的时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),因科室间沟通不清需电话询问、安排不到位需科主任协调人数明显少于对照组,护理满意度94.3%明显高于对照组的81.4%(P<0.05)。结论为急诊患者实施无缝隙护理管理,可缩短患者在急诊科停留时间,提高科室间沟通效率及患者安排效果,有助于提升患者对护理工作的认可程度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of seamless nursing management model in emergency care.Methods The 140 patients admitted to the emergency department of the hospital were divided into two groups according to the nursing measures.70 patients in the control group were treated with routine care,and 70 patients in the observation group were performed with seamless care management.The effect of care was compared between the two groups.Results The emergency time of the observation group and the time to the ward after the emergency consultation were all significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Because the communication between the departments was unclear,it was necessary to call and arrange the number of inaugural officers.The satisfaction rate of 94.3%was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of seamless care management for emergency patients can shorten the stay of patients in the emergency department,improve the efficiency of communication between departments and the effect of patient arrangements,and it is helpful to improve the degree of patient recognition of nursing work and is worthy of promotion.
