补气通络汤联合灯盏细辛注射液治疗脑梗死患者对中医症状评分、神经功能及生活质量分析

The analysis of the symptom score, neurological function and quality of life of the patients with cerebral infarction treated by fuqi tongluo decoction.

目的研究脑梗死者行补气通络汤和灯盏细辛注射液联合治疗对中医症状评分、神经功能和生活质量的影响。方法分析本院2015年6月~2017年6月确诊的脑梗死120例患者资料,按照治疗时所用不同方案分成两组,将60例行单纯灯盏细辛注射液治疗的患者设为对照组,将60例和补气通络汤联合治疗的患者设为观察组,对两组中医症状评分、神经功能和生活质量加以对比。结果观察组中医症状总评分(6.25±0.10)分比对照组(15.85±1.50)分低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1周、2周神经功能缺损评分均比对照组低,且总体健康评分(83.60±14.55)分比对照组(67.39±13.08)分高(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死者行补气通络汤和灯盏细辛注射液联合治疗能够改善中医症状和神经功能,且提高患者生活质量,可被临床推广及应用。

Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of cerebral infarction in the treatment of symptom score,neurological function and quality of life of TCM.Methods Analysis of our hospital from June 2015 to June 2015 confirmed data of 120 cases with cerebral infarction,according to the used different treatment scheme is divided into two groups,60 regular simple lamps asarum injection for the treatment of patients as control group,60 cases and fill gas combination therapy in patients with t2dm soup as observation group,the two groups of TCM symptom scores,neural function and quality of life to compare.Results The total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group(6.25±0.10)was lower than that of the control group(15.85±0.10)(P<0.05).The scores of neurological defects were lower than those in the control group for 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,and the overall health score(83.60±14.55)was higher than that of the control group(67.39±13.08)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of cerebral infarction with tongluo tongluo decoction and the combination therapy can improve the symptoms and nerve function of TCM,and improve the quality of life of patients,which can be popularized and applied in clinic.
