肿瘤标本库建设研究进展

Advancesin the Establishing a tumour bank

通过科学规范足量地对肿瘤标本进行收集,系统地采集与肿瘤标本相关的临床、流行病学、病理学等相关资料,并对肿瘤标本库进行科学地管理,避免研究资源浪费,将以上资源系统整合建库,为恶性肿瘤的相关研究提供了大量有效的研究素材。标本库的建立对促进肿瘤的实验室或者临床研究起着极大的促进作用。通过相关文献资源收集,了解如今国内外恶性肿瘤标本库的建设以及近些年来通过标本库的运作管理总结的相关经验,综述如下。

Through the plenty of collection of fresh tissue samples with the scientific methods,and collecting the datas of clinic,epidemiology and pathology related to the tissue samples,laying down a scientific regulation for management of the tumour bank for avoiding the waste of resources.Integrating the resources and datas above to establishing a tumour bank,which provides plenty of research materials for related research of the tumour.The establishing of the bank of a tumour has a huge promotion for research of laboratory and clinic study.Trough the collection of relevant literature,we sum up the related experience of the establishing and managing the tumourbank,review the following.
